What are Republican proposals to boost the economy in contrast to the conflicting Democrats' versions?

The Republican plan has been presented and approved by the House of Representatives, troll. The only plan I have seen from Democrats is ?????. Hell, the Democrats haven't even passed a budget in two years much less have a plan. Obama did present a budget plan that calls for continuing to spend all we have, and then BORROW AND SPEND OVER 120 BILLION PER MONTH MORE! His plan is to keep putting it on the taxpayers credit card.
