6 weeks pregnant are all of these normal ?

ok so i'm 6 weeks pregnant i have had like a period pain except it wasnt in my left side it was in my right which i never get pain there, i also had a sharp in my anal, my vagina is saw and itchy and sometimes when i wipe myself after been for a pee ity bleeds a tint but ike spots on the tissue, my weight has gained i went from 8st 3lbs to 8st 8lbs, i havent been sick but i have been getting a lot of pain in my belly, im always tired and sometimes when i have sex it hurts and sets the pain off is all of this normal? thank you in advance x
